Order Status
If you are an Existing Customer, or have already ordered at least once
through the New Customers section, you received an e-mail from EISA with your
"Username" and "Password." These are to be used to access the Ordering system through
the Existing Customers section. In that section, you will find an option to
check order status.
Need Installation or Setup Support
Always consult the installation and setup instructions that come with the product.
If you need personal assistance with the product, many manufacturers will provide
free telephone support to get you setup.
If for any reason you still cannot get the product installed, EISA can provide
on-site support to help resolve the problem (provided you are located in our service area).
There is a fee for this support. Contact EISA to arrange on-site support.
Warranty Service and Repairs
All warranties are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer or vendor.
Consult the documentation that came with the product to determine what the warranty
is and how to obtain service.
In some cases, EISA may be able to assist the customer with a warranty-related issue
(maybe you need a copy of the Purchase Receipt or need a way to ship the product back).
Please contact EISA for this assistance.
Out-of-Warranty Service and Repairs
EISA can perform repairs on, or locate a service center for, many products.
Some repairs can be made on-site, while some may need to be perfomed at our location.
Contact EISA to determine if we can be of assistance.
Manufacturer and Vendor Contacts
In most cases, the documentation that came with the product will contain information
on how best to contact the manufacturer or vendor for resolving problems. We recommend
that this documentation be consulted.
